State report of the paintings

On the whole, the Old Testament cycle is in a poor state of preservation, the scenes all show the same types of alterations (uprisings and gaps in the main register, falling matter and crystallisation of salts in the lower registers) while the Seasons have gaps that seem more punctual, but the degradations of both are inevitably evolving.

The Four Elements appear in satisfactory condition and do not seem to require any intervention, apart from dusting or even scrubbing.

The state of presentation (fouling and loss of readability) of scenes from the Old Testament and certain Seasons is mediocre.
